ASFN - Audit & Consulting was founded in 2007 by professionals with extensive experience in independent auditing, accounting, finance, and taxes, with the goal of providing efficient services and delivering satisfactory results to our clients. The firm holds all the professional credentials and registrations required to provide specialized audit and consulting services through the Federal Accounting Council (CFC) and the Brazilian Institute of Independent Auditors (IBRACON). It has the structure and experienced professionals needed to meet the demands of ethical entrepreneurs and companies through partnerships, providing technical advice to increase profits, reduce costs, deliver tax and accounting diagnostics, evaluate internal and business management controls, minimize the risk of financial losses, and perform independent audits to meet legal and business requirements in the market.

ASFN Audit & Consulting has extensive experience in professional services, built on the professional background of managing partner and director Armando Sampaio and coordinator Arnaldo Duarte. Both are ethical accountants, graduates of PUC, with specializations and MBAs in Auditing, Finance, Controllership, Business Management, and Tax Law, and deep expertise in financial statement audits, tax consulting, and business management, with more than 25 years of market experience. They have completed technical training and audited several large multinational companies across different industries, working as former coordinators and auditors/consultants for multinational and national independent audit and business consulting firms. They passed the Technical Qualification Examination for Independent Auditors of the Federal Accounting Council. For more than nine years, they have also taught postgraduate and MBA courses at universities in Minas Gerais.

To minimize the risk of tax assessments, we apply procedures to recalculate direct and indirect taxes, verify the correct completion of mandatory tax returns and books and/or digital files - SPED - sent to federal, state, and municipal revenue authorities, and verify the correct tax regime: Actual Profit, Presumed Profit, Arbitrated Profit, or Simples Nacional. Asset Management
